We were proud sponsors of DevFest Beirut 2025!
We spent a great techtimeout Tuesday painting graffiti art on a wall in Beirut!
We want our team members to be thriving in their hometown. Antoine Hachem, a senior software engineer at Supportful, speaks about the impact we’re making in his life.
Everyone at Supportful has access to a yearly training program to learn new skills in line with their next step in their career. The training program is a collaborative effort between the team member and their manager. The objective is to keep everyone on a growth path.
Eddie, a senior software engineer at Supportful, grew up in Baskinta, a village at the foot of Mount Sannine, one of Lebanon's highest mountains at 2,600m above sea level. After college, he had to move away because most interesting work opportunities are centered in Beirut. For 15 years, he lived outside of his hometown. Three years ago, he joined Supportful and started working remotely with one of our US-based clients. Last week, he made this announcement: “I’m moving back to Baskinta. I’m getting married, and thanks to remote work, I can live and work from home.” This story represents exactly the reason for which Supportful was founded: to give software engineers the chance to stay in their own communities.
Supportful employees highly recommend the company! Our eNPS is in the Excellent range (above 50) per SuveyMonkey.
Based on our anonymous employee sentiment survey, 100% of our software engineers rate their life-work balance as good (8/10) to excellent (10/10).
