Expect to provide clear leadership and work to let my staff learn rather than micromanage. I provide guidance, but let my people grow and learn through figuring things out on their own with my help, as needed. I tend to get things set up so I can know what it takes to get a job done and what I should expect from my people, then I pass it off and delegate so I can move on to building the next thing. This allows people to grow and take ownership.
