My strongest asset is my willingness to step in when needed. I don't mind taking on difficult projects. I love to work outside of my job description. I take great pride in stepping up and getting the job done, besides, you never know when you may be able to use the experience. My greatest weakness is that I am over critical of myself. I am my own worst critic. Even when I know I have done my best, I still analyze situations and see where I could have done better. I have been telling myself positive affirmations everyday, and giving myself credit where credit is due and its improving some.
