How do you react to conflicts at workplace.

I told them I usually do not prefer conflicts taking place at work. If it happens I prefer to be humble and let the other guy vent out his anger or speak as much as he wants. Give him time, give him facts or reports and instead of proving him wrong, I ask him to provide his input. In way to correct him without calling him incorrect. And even though I know he was wrong the whole way, it gives them a sense that they were correct and they helped me gather the correct answer.
