Are you using Stars or Snowflakes? Are the processes automated every night so data is current for next day's analysis and aggregations? How long is data retained in your current OLTPs? When is your OLTP data no longer business relevant? When is your OLAP data no longer business relevant? How do you know your current design/practices are outputting 100% accurate results? And, of course, have examples from your history to show and clarify why you are asking them these questions. :-)
