The job involves a large amount of operational analytical work and the applicant's problem solving skills needed to be tested. The complaint focuses on the questions being "very analytical" and I can confirm that they were. The complaint also claims that the interview was not in line with the description of the position however the job description included: "Initiative, ability to deal with new and evolving issues as they arise" "Thoroughness/Attention to detail" While the questions used a case study from the insurance industry it tested the exact skills advertised for.
