The session was about scheduling healthcare worker shifts and how I could potentially solve that problem. While Snapdocs does offer a scheduling product, it is for notaries and is different than the scenario presented. The problem to be solved was not the most relevant piece; it was all about how the designer would work with stakeholders and be an advocate for the user, which is the most important part of the job of the product designer!
