On the positive side, travel expenses are reimbursed, and you don’t need teaching certificates or prior experience to get hired — just a good level of English.
Svantaggi
You work a lot to prepare lessons and there's a lot of traveling involved. Many schools are located far apart, and you often go to different schools each day. Contracts are seasonal, with no paid holidays or sick leave, instead, there's a system of banked hours in place. There's a general lack of organization and support — you're often left on your own to figure things out.
