Very interesting space to work in. Coworkers are usually helpful. Niche industry and work, but NJ/NY area has fair number of healthcare and financial companies.

Your job advancement and ability to stay at the company is completely project dependent. If you can't find one, you're gone. AI and market dynamics are hurting the ability to find projects quite a bit. The US office doesn't feel like the focus. India offices are much nicer.

Good work life balance. Commercial excellence is probably the only profit making vertical, other verticals not so much. Decision Science has more analytical projects, but no long term engagements
