Fast paced environment with always something to do Extremely aggressive growth targets

Executive leadership is completely disconnected from the employees. Employees are all seen as easily replaceable. Hyper focused on revenue growth and profit. Engineers are treated as second class citizens. New CEO makes decisions on a whim and that fly in the face of the company's core value: Employer of Choice. Very shaky future ahead for this company.

Lax work from home policy. People seem to come and go as they please. Nice facility if you go. Enjoy many of the people.

New president visited main office this week. Not privy to much information, but clear that there is a lot of unease and outright fear. Also seems mid-mamagement at least the ones I have access to are primed to protect themselves and their jobs. "Company spirit" is nonexistent. Developers and the people in machine lab are generally helpful. Others groups like marketing and partners very inconsistent depending on who you have to engage with. Lot of superficial attention to DEI. Seems more done out of a sense of checking a bic than improving conditions.
