1. The leadership team as they refer to, is a bunch of people who have never led teams in the past. And no surprises, they possess 0 people skills, are very rude and deep into dirty politics. 2. In 2023, 10-15% of their employees were laid off. Having spoken to some of those people, the SAME pattern was followed before laying off. If they laid you off for performance issues, they would do that without implementing a PIP and without informing/warning you of your performance issues and what it could eventually lead to. 3.As soon as the manager knows that you are better than them at your job and possibly are more influential on the other managers and colleagues, they will fire you. The manager will swiftly convince the CEO and others that they can cover up for your work and you will be let go. And guess what, your replacement will join in just a few weeks/days after your departure. Basically they will “constructively dismiss” you when the time comes. And that could even be after being with them for year(s). 4.The CEO is a useless person who is wowed by some stupid managers and cannot see the reality of their actions. 5.There is no scope for growth - vertical or horizontal. 6.The HR has no say and will always clear the leadership’s side and guess thats because they are scared to lose their job as well? They will empathize with your issues if any but then conveniently use those things against you. Again - 0 experience in the past being the head of people and culture. 7.Payscale way lower than the market Only join this company if you have no other choice.
