The interview process took quite some time for a relatively small job as 'Werkstudent'. The interview was very casual and people were nice. The interview was not very structured. I was told to receive information about the decision 1 week after the interview, but the recruiter did not come back to me. I wrote e-mails and called, but all remained unanswered. One month later, I got the information that the decision process was still ongoing. In the end (1.5 months later) I got a generic e-mail stating that another candidate was found.
