"Senior Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel + Vue.js)" Real waste of time circus. First of all, appointment was moved few times even into hours I marked as unacceptable. No big deal. No apologies. Then, only one of three interviewers present were asking questions and in a manner like he was in a rush to catch a plane and I was his poor employee bugging him of nonsense questions. I was rudely interrupted few time while trying to elaborate my answers. Who cares about details, right? Just say a 'keyword' and you are 'golden'. Never asked anything business and/or culture related topics. Pure technical stuff questions around Laravel. Do we employ robots? Demo my projects? Just took a look into one file on irrelevant question. Wasted. In general for a 'senior' role this is a total waste of time. Making a case of extreme importance on the framework parts barely used or changed (set it and forget it) while disregarding real world solutions of day to day customers problems. I wonder why they constantly re-post the same job? I do not imagine working along such staff in the future.
