Process composed of 3 calls/interviews and a technical challenge. First one with HR for applicant screening. Second one was a technical interview with some more technical questions including good development practices and etc. After the 2nd interview a technical challenge was requested, and after that a final interview with the client (client team like devs, QA, cto, etc) before having a proposal.
