Terrible!!!!!!! Three tests + interview. Test 1 had Textbook Questions, Test 2 was a make believe 2cana made up, theoretical programming language that needed to be used to write a stupid program to copy files. and Test 3 was a personality test on a likert scale that wasn't well thought off, lots of copy paste, repeated questions, inverse questions etc. Clearly, a bunch of amateurs involved. No procedure of interviewing, don't care attitude toward candidates, very very less technical know - how and knowledge, pompous and mocking toward candidates. Always trying to confuse, mock and "catch the candidate out". The height of being unprofessional. Terrible process and people, would never have accepted an offer from this company. (You shouldn't either)

you first do a oral interview, where they ask you questions about everything you have done; and from there they pick whether your skills are relevant or not. After that you do a 1 hour practical, not so easy but once you impress on oral interview, I guess you will be good to go.
