They called about 10 people without telling what the job was for. Over there each one had to write an essay in English and one essay in Portuguese. Then we were given a case study to solve in groups of 5 they chose. It was about contamination in a dairy processing plant. Then they picked like 5 people to do the interview next. The interview was short, like less than 10 minutes.
