The initial conversation I had was a phone screen with a general 3M recruiter, which was followed by a call with 3MHIS HR, then two calls with prospective peers in my territory, and then a live meeting with the hiring manager. The phone interviews were great, and straightforward. The live meeting with hiring manager was disorganized, unprepared and rushed. Out of all the conversations I had, she seemed the least knowledgeable about the company, products, or the territory, and she really did not understand the industry. Just an unprofessional and unpleasant interview altogether, even though she offered me the job. I accepted the offer largely because of the conversations I had during the interview process with my peers.
