It was a fairly quick turn around from the time the Headhunter contacted them to when an interview was setup. The two people I interviewed with were very nice and I felt the interview flowed very naturally with both people being very easy to talk to. The interview wasn't really behavioral as much as it was job related, which is how I personally prefer it. I could tell they were both very passionate about the company.
