There was no interview, me and other applicants were invited to a group interview, where the company GM gave us a detailed presentation about the company profile, values they try to achieve and the portfolio about the company projects and customers. Then every applicant had to give a 3 mins talk about wt he can add to the company and that types of questions. I did my talk and I believe it was very good, but I didn't get a response from their side. After 2 weeks I got an official response from them that they won't go further with me, for no clarified reason, and that was really annoying. I am sure there is nothing in my talk that would make them not to call me, which leaves no clue but something in my profile and my working experience that made them not to continue the hiring process, and they confirmed that they already got a full idea about each application from their CVs before the group interview, so why they invited me for the first place? I don't know, it wasn't a pleasant experience by all means.

There was a series of interviews and at every step there was a courteous and welcoming environment. In the start of the process they were quite accommodating because I required online interviews and there were some technical difficulties that ensued but all of the interviews went well in my mind and after the third one there was no response for 2 weeks so a call was made. During this call the delay was explained to be due to wanting to have a personalised call to deliver feedback which was appreciated, even if the feedback was somewhat frustrating to hear. Overall, one of the better interview processes I've been through recently and it's obvious they do care about applicant even if sometimes the delays between communication can be extended at times.
