3 rounds total, and they ask for a sample or feedback on their work. In the final in-person round, they were extremely thorough (AKA nosy) and not professional. Red flags everywhere. Definitely got a "work family" vibe from them. This was a baffling and rude interview experience. They have the highest expectations, yet below average pay.
