The interview was a brief (30 minutes) interview with the sales manager who was very professional and easy to engage in conversation with. We discussed the company and its clients, the role, my previous work experience and my leadership/managerial capabilities. I asked him directly about the salary range and told him right on the spot that it would not be worth the commute but I appreciated his time. He was very respectful and left a very good impression.
