The process was pretty standard, online application and a phone call before a video interview. My problem was that I during my second interview I was told that the position was no longer available, but she didn't want to waste my time so we chatted and got a better understanding of who I was and would consider me for a future role. She told me in about a month they position might be opened again and she would reach out to me. Sure enough a month goes by and the position was posted again, but no follow up from her. I even reached out but didn't hear back. So I applied AGAIN and was interviewed AGAIN but she did not remember me from before. Same person. Same interview questions. And after the second interview I was told the position wasn't available and shed reach out in another month when the "budget is available". After the second time I realized they had just strung me along for the second time and there was probably NO position, or they just didn't like me twice in a row. A waste of time, and felt like 0 transparency from the company on what was ACTUALLY going on. Don't tell me you'll "reach out because you have amazing potential here" then forget all about me twice.

First interview with recruiter was great. Next interview with project management lead was unprofessional. They didn’t have their camera on as this was supposed to be a video interview. Felt they were not enthusiastic. Overall not a great experience
