Colloquio per Uhaul Work From Home MovingHelp.com

      9 lug 2014
      Dipendente anonimo
      Phoenix, AZ
      Offerta accettata
      Esperienza positiva
      Colloquio facile

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso A & M Associates (Phoenix, AZ) nel mese di lug 2014

      Colloquio

I applied online, received a call a few days later. I was told that the E-Customer Service Position was filled, however the E-MovingHelp position was available (and paid more) so of course I said I was interested. I was told to do the Internet SPEED TEST and send the results back. I was invited to a Face to Face interview, which was in downtown Phoenix....very far for me, which is why I wanted an AT-Home job. (Ask if you can do a phone interview if you live too far) INTERVIEW: I arrived at the interview, the parking is free but it was FULL. I waited in the HR lounge for my Recruiter to come get me. She brought me into her CUBICLE and asked typical interview questions. " Why do you want to work from home?" || " Which weekend day do you prefer to work ?" || ...and I was asked questions about the INTERNET and HOW TO NAVIGATE THROUGH WINDOWS, TAKE SCREEN SHOTS, ETC. Not hard questions. If you are not familiar with a computer, then you may want to familiarize yourself with shortcuts on a Windows-based PC. I use MAC a lot, so while the questions are easy, I had to think about them for a second. lol She was ready to offer me a second interview , however I asked if I would need to do TRAINING in the office or remotely...she said IN OFFICE....therefore I told her to keep me on file in case something opens up . Less than 2 wks later, she called me and said there is an AT-HOME training class available soon ...She asked if I was still interested...I never did the second interview....she directed me to the nearest UHAUL office and drug screening facility close to me. I had to do a urine sample and I-9 / New Hire forms within 48 hours. I completed those in the same day of that phone call and called her back to let her know She was very professional and nice and WELCOMED ME to UHAUL, contingent that my URINE DRUG test passed in 24 hrs. ** UPDATE :: I was offered one position, and they gave me another position without asking me. I am making 3 dollars less and not working as a MovingHelp Remote Associate as promised. BE CAREFUL WITH HR -- ASK ALOT OF QUESTIONS

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

No hard questions. Just Speed Test for your computer, since its a Work from Home position, and standard questions about what you do at last job, question about how to exit computer screens, and etc.
