It was great interaction process as Business Analysts from US took interview and IT Director also interviewed me. Also there was an interaction with HR Representative. The Hiring Process was followed up later and was completed with On Boarding formalities.

I had 4 round of interview 1 st was managerial , 2 Technical , HR round . It was very well planned . Quick decision making . When I planned to Join A10 Networks , 2 months back , I was little worried because its all virtual .And today here is I am , I can say it was very smooth process . Everything was planned well from Interview till onboarding , making sure employee getting all equipment's delivered at home during this pandemic .HR person were always there for any doubt and queries I raised .
