      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso AACSB International (Amsterdam)

      Colloquio

Completed employer's own application form on their website. Was invited for a first round call with the HR specialist. Had a Teams call with the team manager for a second round interview, based in the US. About a week later, received an email stating that I would no longer be moving forward in the process, providing a generic statement of "other candidates' profiles better fit their needs". I responded to this email with a request for any type of feedback on the profile they were aiming for, so I could learn from this process. I never received a response, even after writing back a second time, two weeks later. At that same time, the job was re-posted on their website and LinkedIn (which I also asked about in my follow-up emails). I have a feeling their decision may have had something to do with my salary indication provided on their application form, even though on the form, it stated this indication can always be discussed at a later time in the process. (There was no salary indication for this job posted, so I gave a country-specific industry average for this job profile). Via another acquaintance, I learned about another person in the area who applied for this same job. They went through additional interview rounds and still were unsuccessful. If a company can not gain an insight on a candidate after 2-3 interviews, and especially after 4-5 interviews, and not have the decency to provide feedback after the time invested, there are red flags here.
