Regular interview Telephone screening (recruiter)
The hiring process consists of everything from creating a job description to extending the job offer. The typical interview process focuses on the portion of the hiring process devoted to speaking with candidates.
After you source candidates and gather applicant resumes, you need to narrow down your pool. For example, you could receive hundreds of resumes, but you won’t interview all those people. Telephone interview (client)
Face-to-face interview (client and recruiter)
Reviewing notes and discussing candidates (recruiter and client)
Conducting reference checks (recruiter)
Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ABC (Coventry, Inghilterra) nel mese di apr 2026
Colloquio
It was a straightforward interview focused on my contributions and experience. I was asked how I could add value to the team and to provide examples of work I have completed previously. They also required me to demonstrate some of my projects to showcase my skills in a practical way. Additionally, there were questions about my long-term commitment to the role and how dedicated I would be if selected. Finally, they asked about my expected remuneration, ensuring that my salary expectations aligned with their budget and the responsibilities of the position. The overall process felt clear, structured, and professionally conducted.

how can you contribute and what have u done. They also ask you to demonstrate your work.
Interview process was fairly structured and professional, with clear communication at each stage. Questions focused on practical experience and problem-solving. Overall a positive experience, though timelines could be slightly faster and feedback more detailed.
standard personality questions. There was only 2 rounds. Spoke with HR and then a person that had previously interned in my role. The timeline was also decent and the team was quite responsive.
