There were 3-4 interviews before discussion of a formal offer which all lasted around 30 minutes over the span of 2-3 weeks. The interviews were all fairly straightforward and casual. They ultimately wanted to get to know my personality and skills better while highlighting some of ABC10's great qualities as a station.
