When I got hired I had one interview but it was a panel one. I had like 7 people interview me at once. It wasn't very comforting but this one was the only one I had.

Easy process. Was contacted by HR to schedule an interview. You are interviewed by a committee, usually including someone with a similar job as you and your direct supervisor(s). It includes a mix of behavioral and technical questions.
