      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto più di 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ADP

      Colloquio

Bullet Points: -Well-known company, and great opportunity to learn transactional sales for the right candidate -Product line is virtually unrivaled by their competition -There are some great people working for this company, however, in my case they were not the ones making the hiring decisions -Incredibly disorganized interview process that was redundant and lacked professionalism -4 Phone Interviews, 4 In-persons -Transaction-based selling -Company lacks consistency (one office is business professional, the other is business casual, etc.) My Impression / Experience -ADP is a global company and processed roughly 1 in every 6 paychecks in 2014 in the United States, which is quite a commendable feat. However, after my interviews, my impression of the corporate culture is that, while they are in the business of selling Human Capital Management, they lack in practicing what they preach. -The culture here is that of the transactional mentality, whereby they do not want you focusing on relationships, rather they only want you pushing product. They have this zero-sum-gain mentality whereby all relationship/process sales-oriented people are simply failures, and in fact I was told this, directly. They don't keep it a secret. This is strictly a transactional sale environment and they do not want any "relationship/process-oriented" sales people, regardless of experience or past successful performance. They limit their sales reps to territories, so if you meet a guy who is a huge potential prospect, you have to give it up to the salesperson of that territory. Their reviews of 1-out-of-5 stars by current/former clients also turned me off after doing some research, and left me to conclude that this company is living in the past and/or just doesn't care about their clients. -One NYC office is very cold, whereby they run late for your interviews and impress upon you that they do not value your time. They want you to impress them, not the other way around, nor in anyway do they make you feel this process is a mutual exploration. -Another NYC office I couldn't quite tell if I was interviewing for Apple or a Boiler Room My final impression was that egotism seemed to be the underpinning of this company's culture and I decided that's not the fit for me, and I was tired of getting the runaround. I ended my final interview after 10 minutes, when I realized the head of the unit was not taking it seriously.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

You have interviewed with us several times, and I expect you to have excellent answers and to impress me. Please tell me why you would be a good fit for ADP.
