Zoom interview between myself, the two heads of the department, and a former member of the department. They explained the type of work that they do, asked about my abilities based on their needs and other general topics. Everyone was kind and encouraging.

After showing me a 3D model of one of their current projects and some general information about the project: What would be the structural challenges for this project?
I had two rounds of online interviews. Each interview involved different team members. First interview was within a smaller but higher level members. The second one was more crowded with more question and answering.
Smooth and nice and professional engineers. If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask they will definitely help you and explain everything. Don’t forget to ask what ever you feel is not understandable they will give you more info

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 4 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso AECOM (Damansara) nel mese di mar 2024
Colloquio
I applied for my position last November and received the call from HR for the interview in March. The overall progress took me around 4 months. The interview lasted for an hour and was pretty smooth. I was interviewed by my future manager and an HR personnel.
