The interview process was fairly quick. All communications was through email. Actual interview was about 30-45 mins long. Was prepared and research about the company. Many questions was asked. The owner was asked to sit latter in the interview. I was told where the company was heading and the great opportunity the company has in growing market. Before leaving, I was introduced to all the departments. Got a reply within a week.
