The manager/owner was 15 minutes late, and very vaguely went over what the job would look like. No opportunity for questions to be answered was ever presented. The interview was fairly easy though. Not many questions were asked. He typically hires on a referral basis, so there is a basic level of trust built between him and the interviewees before the interview has even begun.
