Possible tech questions were sent in before the interview. Invitation for interview was sent in fairly quick. The hiring agent and the team lead for the position were present to lead the interview. There were several soft skills questions +several technical questions. Overall, friendly and respectful atmosphere over the interview itself. Unfortunately the whole hiring process was fairly rushed and included a phone call with a yelling talent agent and several cases where an email was supposedly sent but hadn't arrived.
