1 OA, 3 round technical interviews, and 1 bq. OA was easy, and technical interviews were difficult. They asked many C++ details and implementation of templates and thread. Not what normally asked in C++ developer position. Interviewers did not introduce themselves and started directly.

All the interviewers I talked to were disinterested to a point where they were downright rude. With trading being a competitive industry, if they can't even find interviewers with a hint of enthusiasm for their company I'm not sure how they can convince anyone to join them.
OAs are tough, but if you can get most of the tests to pass you'll get a phone screen I think. It might take a long time to schedule, but phone screens have coding (not LC) or just CS fundamentals trivia depending on the team.
