The interview involved a group task. This included reading character scenarios and discussing in a big group what the most appropriate answer would be. We also had to answer individual questions within a group.

Application form consisting of about 8 questions, some competency some motivational. Next, a short video interview, followed by group interview with group task, presentation and question opportunities. Finished with an interview with the managing director for you region.

next step was assessment centre where it involved a mini presentation on aldi which you have to research very thoroughly, and a group activity.
