Applied online and about 2 weeks later was invited for individual assesment. I met with area manager and was asked some questions about myself and my work experience. 5 days later was invited to store experience which lasted about 2 hours. It was nice experience as everybody seemed really friendly and keen to know me more. Firstly I did some health and safety training and the was shown around the store and explained how store works. Later on I was asked to find 5 items in store in bring them to the manager. There was no time limit. I did not find all items but brought alternatives to them. Then we filled some shelves with products which did not seem to hard. Finally I had a chance to work on a till ( not with reall customers ofcourse) which I really enjoyed. Also I had to do a small maths test. About 1 week later I reveived a phone call from area manager offering me a job. This was quite an interesting experience.

Group interview where you had to role-play scenarios about working in the store. Hard to actually get a word in and it was online which made it even more difficult.
