Pretty straightforward-dropped of resume and got an interview set for a few days later. Came in and first met with the assistant manager, who asked most of the questions, then came back to be interviewed by the manager. They both were very friendly and I felt comfortable talking to them. The assistant manager asked main questions about my choice of application, strengths/weaknesses, fake scenarios, etc. while the manager asked more about what my role on a team would be, why fashion is important to me, and then discussed the company. A lot of the questions already posted here were asked. It took about a half hour for the whole experience. The manager said she would contact me in about a week, and she wanted my references to contact in the meantime. No offer yet (as the interview was today).
