Recruiter reached out. Phone screening with the recruiter and then another round of video interview with the recruiter. Next round was with the hiring manager, on-site, at the company. The discussion was rather casual and they went through the resume and the experiences. The questions were process based. Although I don’t think that they gave the correct reason for rejecting, I just thanked and moved on. I still see the job posting being renewed on their website even after so many months of my interview!
