First we were given a group interview. During the group interview, it wasn't really much of an interview, but instead we popcorn read what's expected of the positions that are at AMC. I made sure I volunteered first to read so that gave me some good points. Shortly, after finishing reading over the expectations and standards, they asked us one question at the end and that was, "When was a time you've visited a dirty restaurant and how did you reacted?" After that, we were free to go and they'd give a second call back for a second interview. When I came in for my second interview, I was getting interviewed by two of the managers. They only asked, "When was a time that you had to stand in a long line and how would you have handled it?" "Describe an experience when you had to work with someone you didn't know?" "What was one of your greatest achievements" And lastly, they asked you to roleplay selling an AMC Stubs. They're not so harsh with the AMC stubs, just make sure you know the benefits, it shouldn't be too hard.
