Quick phone interview asking me about my availability and if I would be able to adhere to the dress code, rules of conduct, etc. Also included a one on one interview. Asked me a time I'd experienced bad customer service, a time I had to wait on a really long line, a time where I achieved a goal, etc. Had to role play by selling the inteviewer an AMC Stubs card.

How are you with customer service and problem solving angry customers? It wasnt bad, a lot of what would you do if type questions. I got the job eventually. And it was my favorite.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
