It was pretty easy, they asked questions regarding prior work experience and how you can incorporate that experience with AMC. They also asked why I wanted to work there and how I planned on getting guests to sign up for our membership rewards program.

Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.

Very easy, they just asked me if i had any negative experiences with food service workers and how i’d handle certain issues. They’ll ask about your availability and make sure you have reliable transportation. Basically hired me on the spot
