They probably, like all the other big corporations, want to make sure you will mold to their standards and show up for your shift.

This was my second interview ever. I did not even have my driver's license yet! The question that stumped me was "Give me a time you went above and beyond the call of duty" The question was further explained because I was unsure of what he was asking. He explained
-he wanted me to tell him of a time I went above and beyond expectations.

Applied online and then was called in for interview. The HR manager conducted the interview, and afterwards I received an offer. Typical questions like name a stressful situation and name a time you had to overcome a difficult situation.
