Overall a very easy interview focused on costumer service and salesmenship. Read up on their Stubs reward program and familiarize yourself with it because you will be asked to try to sell one. I was offered a job on the spot because I was very "smiley"(the manager's words) but the mananger likes to make some people sweat and tell them they have a bunch of other interviews that day even if they don't. Just keep calm and be very friendly and you most likely got the job. It's a great first job but be prepared to have every one of your weekends taken up, especially over the summer.

How are you with customer service and problem solving angry customers? It wasnt bad, a lot of what would you do if type questions. I got the job eventually. And it was my favorite.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
