For AMC i applied online and got a call from 2 different amc theaters about 2 days after i had applied. So for the 1st AMC it was a Group interview with me and 4 others. It was very simple the managers do most of the talking. Mostly whats amc about what your job will be if you get it. We only had to introduce ourselves and tell a little bit about ourselves. Then about 30min they told us if they're gonna continue with us they will give us a call in 3 days or before. So the following day i had another interview but with a different AMC. This interview was 1 on 1 with a manager. He was actually really chill and laid back manager. So i wasn't really nervous. Just answerd simple customers service questions. Not hard at all. Also i had to pitch the AMC stubs program to the manager. Interview lasted about 25mins. And i was offered the job the following day. I did tell them i had a different interview with another amc the pervious day so they probably moved quickly to get me hired first. Lol

How are you with customer service and problem solving angry customers? It wasnt bad, a lot of what would you do if type questions. I got the job eventually. And it was my favorite.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
