I applied online and received a phone interview about 1 week later. They asked me standard questions about my availability and my willingness to adhere to policies. I then came in for an interview about 1 week later with the general manager. He asked basic interview questions about my personality and a couple of situation questions (what would you do if a customer/associate did this?). Lastly I had to demonstrate how I would sell a Stubs card. I think that was the biggest part of the interview, if I would be willing to sell/ good at selling Stubs cards to every guest.
