The interview was very informal and the manager seemed to be very unprepared. I have to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes after my scheduled starting time because he was busy doing other things. The interview seemed more like a personality test than anything else - there weren't many work related questions.

Single interview and phone screen. In person component is easy, mostly behavioural questions. Little experience needed, mostly just checking that you are sane and somewhat personable. Play up time management and interpersonal skills and you will have no problem.

Did a phone screening first, then I was called into for an in-person interview. It was super easy and with just one manager. He asked me around 8 questions and ended with pitching their stubs membership.
