Interview process was on the negative side. Initial 30-minute technical screening, was told that the next interview would be scheduled within a couple of days. It took them a week to get back to me, which is very unprofessional of them.
Then, there was a 1 hour technical interview with a variety of questions about OOP. Was topped off with a LC easy (valid parentheses). This was very easy, and was told that I would hear back soon. About a week later, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview at their office. Due to scheduling conflicts, had to postpone it to later than desired/was not finalized.
A week passes with me trying to get an answer out of them. Gave it a little bit of time after that. Two weeks after, that I was told that the position was no longer open. Oh well, moved on. Then, two more weeks later, I'm contacted and told they reopened it and wanted to conduct the in-person.
I traveled to their office, and showed up an hour early. They still made me wait until the actual start time (and then some). Then, I speak to 2-3 different people in a back-and-forth about my experience, what the company does, different behavioral questions, etc. This went on for ~4 hours. Was told I would hear back soon about the result.
Two weeks later, after sending them an email MYSELF, I finally get a cookie-cutter rejection email. In short, their HR/hiring process is very tardy, sloppy, and doesn't respond unless prompted. Two engineers were leaving near to when I had my interview, and I think I can see why.
