Applied via Government Find an Apprenticeship website linked to ANS website, was then emailed some online non-verbal reasoning tests to complete, then emailed to arrange an interview. Seemed like a laid-back atmosphere, nice offices when i arrived, didn't have to wait long for my interviewers to call me through to a meeting room. I was interviewed on a Wednesday and they said i would hear back from them by the end of the week. I sent a follow up email on the Sunday, got an automated response that day. Finally heard back with a position offer about 3 wks later.

First interview was with the service desk team leader and the academy manager. This was just to cover basic information. I was asked back for a second interview, this was with the service desk manager. This was a get to know me kind of interview. The interviews were relatively relaxed.
