The interview was 15 minutes long. The questions revolved around previous work experience, relevant skills for the position, and how to handle different scenarios at work (e.g. how to stay organised, how to handle difficult situations with colleagues, how to work well in a team).

I attended a virtual interview on Zoom, which lasted under an hour. During the process I was constantly talked at, there was no warmth. The panel constantly made a point of promoting their job titles and their promotions. One told me they are trying to eliminate the hierarchy. Then I was told there is no hierarchy. I wasn't really asked about the role. One of the panel did not appear confident with zoom. It was awkward.
I was told there are no issues affecting their work with the Covid situation. Despite wfh and not being in an office. Further training about communicating the employer brand and interviewing help is needed. Overall, I got the impression of chaos, no leadership and disorganisation.
What they should have asked the candidates is:
1) Their experience of GDPR and why this is important
2) Escalating issues
3) Achieving results and delivering to time deadlines
4) Working successfully in a remote team and the challenges this brings
5) IT skills and experience of using MS Applications

Colloquio
Applied online with my CV. Was called by their HR department and was interviewed a couple of weeks later by 2 managers. Both were friendly but it was quite a formal interview.
