terrible and not accommodating to mental illnesses. very abrasive to anxious people fully capable of doing the work and unwilling to accommodate anybody who isn't black and white. that was the only difference between myself and other candidates.
Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.
